For one of the leading teams on IT innovation within the Deutsche Telekom Group, our IT Architecture & Business Analysis team within T-Mobile Netherlands, we are looking for an IAM and Digital Workplace specialist, with a clear background in (workplace) security, to become our Domain Architect Digital Workspace & Security.
For this role we are not hiring abroad due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and the restrictions that come with it. When you are already living in The Netherlands, whether you speak Dutch or not, we will consider you as an applicant.
You have a clear background in IT Architecture, focusing on the Digital Workplace, and IAM/Role Based Access and VDIs are some of your favorite dishes in your current IT profile. However you also like to explore, think beyond the safe boundaries of the now, how will we work in the new Hybrid workplace we will have after this pandemic.
You are analytical and able to structure information. Having overview comes naturally to you. You aim to find better ways and challenge the status quo. You dare to do things differently. At the same time you create togetherness in your relationships and build on each other’s strengths. In your communication with others you are honest and straightforward. You have an inspiring way of working and can get people on board with your vision for the Digital Workplace and Security aspects of a modern IT landscape. You can easily switch between strategic, tactical and operational thinking. You integrate your vision on innovative workplace solutions and security by design, bringing it into action throughout our entire organization, from our customer service partners, our outsourcing projects in various countries, our T-shops, the homes of our employees to our office locations in The Netherlands.
Oh and you are not afraid to become a keynote speaker about your findings and accomplishments regarding our future Digital Workplace & Security solutions, presenting to the entire Deutsche Telekom Group globally. Minor detail:-)
About the role
The Domain Architect Digital Workplace & Security at T- Mobile defines and designs the technology roadmap regarding the digital workplace in its totality. Working closely together with your stakeholders like HRM and GRC, you define the vision and blueprint for tools and methods needed for a modern workplace. Tools that enable our business processes and support our people to work in a secure and resilient way, connecting everyone and removing obstacles. You are expected to set security guidelines and drive security awareness, not just for workplace solutions themselves, but for the wider IT landscape as well.
We will challenge you continuously to guide us in what tooling we can use to do our work better, that employees feel safe in their digital workplace, that their interests are enforced by the most advanced digital technology, that they feel protected and risks for our organization are minimized to zero. Digitally, everybody can work at any time, in any time zone, on any place on our planet.
You define implementation strategies, architectural blueprints and solutions. You are expected to drive the technology agenda in an agile context, which requires both a high level of technical specialization as well as project management skills.
With whom will you work?
The Domain Architect is a member of the IT Architecture and Business Analysis department. The departments exists of 50 specialists who collectively define the technology direction for all IT related demand in the T-Mobile organization. You will work with non-technical stakeholders as well as development and operational teams. It is important that the digital workplace solutions fit in the overall landscape of business and enterprise solutions, in line with guiding frameworks (e.g. security, enterprise architecture, information management), and supported by solid IT operations and ways of working.
And last but certainly not least, within Deutsche Telekom group, this team within T-Mobile Netherlands is recognized as one of the leading innovating teams.
