      What will you do?

      Within our Finance Transformation & Innovation department, we are currently recruiting a Senior Business Development Controller! You will join a high paced & dynamic team with significant strategic exposure in the key projects for T-Mobile Netherlands. While driving analytical and business modelling for new business development & investment initiatives, you are directly responsible for generating greater value from the transactions and investments we execute. As finance owner you partner with senior TMNL management, CFO organization and other stakeholders therefore getting significant exposure. You work across all phases of the opportunity lifecycle and support teams from a financial perspective to define strategic visions & new business models there by shaping today’s business needs and future growth.

      In this position you will collaborate directly with strategic stakeholders on topics such a spectrum auctions. You will play a major role in our success and therefore have a significant impact on the organization, both in transformation and innovation trajectories.

      How do you fit in our team?

      As a result of the merger of T-Mobile and Tele2 we are currently building a new organization. The expectations on the new organization are high and result in a dynamic working environment. To make this job a success you are able to cope with and thrive in this rapidly-changing and fast-paced environment. You love a challenge and combine a hands-on approach with a strategic mindset. You are a strong personality with excellent communication skills. (Fluent in English, both verbal and writing,). You connect with colleagues by having an open dialogue. Also you are able to communicate extensively with (senior) management about finance and business.

      Next to this you have:

      • Minimum Masters’ degree (preferred in economics);
      • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience (preferably in finance or M&A);
      • Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial;
      • Strong analytical skills; ability to quickly simplify complicated opportunities;
      • Balance attention to detail with rapid execution;
      • Experience in financial modelling and strong analytical skills;
      • Ability to be a reliable, hands-on deliverer of quality results;
      • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
