      Are you an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Process Coordinator, specializing in Privileged Access Management (PAM), with solid experience in operating inside comprehensive IAM Frameworks- like the brand new T-Mobile one?       As a Senior IAM Process Coordinator your primary goal is to own and supervise the PAM way of working – including all SOPs-, guide others where necessary on how to act, remove any impediments in practice and take action for it’s organic improvement over time.       Your tasks

      • Focus on adopting, maintaining and execution of the PAM standard operating procedures and associated templates and artefacts;
      • Providing functional ownership of PAM use cases, monitor and report performance of use cases and lead their continuous improvements like increased automation;
      • Act as knowledge centre point, a mentor and coaching lead for other actors in the PAM execution model;
      • Contribution to PAM component designs, PAM service development, service integration, implementation of new use cases or embedding of new applications or population groups;
      • Engage with and influence key stakeholders to ensure that compliance, security and cross-functional requirements are met in execution. Important stakeholders are Governance and Internal Control Officers inside and outside IT, IAM Operations Lead, IT 1st line Security Officer and other GRC roles in the T-Mobile organization. Those important collaborations excitingly widen the breadth of your function!

      With whom will you work?

      The Senior IAM Process Coordinator (PAM Specialization) is a member of the IT / Contract Management & Compliance team. You will report to the Manager IT Contract Management and Compliance . Your team (of plus minus 15 employees) combines diverse specialists in various overarching non-technical, tactical IT functions. Most importantly you will work with numerous people and roles inside and outside IT, internal and externally sourced. In our flat organization, you will often meet Departmental Directors and occasionally our C-class members!

      About you:

      • A master degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience;
      • A good understanding of IT principles and outsourced operating models;
      • Strong understanding of Identity Management data flows and integrations between HR and IT systems, as well as PAM tools ( deep Cyberarc knowledge a must, etc) and IGA tools (Sailpoint and others)
      • Ability to comprehend complicated concepts like identity and access data correlation, normalization and building of cohesive identity and access data models for large enterprises;
      • Experience with complex Identity and Access Management integration and service delivery use cases and requirements;
      • Strong grasp of the following capability areas: Identity Lifecycle Management, Identity Data Models, Access Lifecycle Management, Runtime Enforcement, Credential Management;
      • Experience in an ITIL and agile based IT organization is a plus;
      • High communication skills in English. Native –level Dutch is a plus;
      • Desire to create interpersonal bonds, belong and “ be here for the long run”;
      • Great sense of humor. Be able to “work hard, play hard”.
