As a Senior IT Service Manager Security your primary goal is to ensure, by use of implementation of structured, data-driven and transparent governance and procedures, that all activities are executed by the relevant internal or external action owners. You collaborate with experts performing contract management, IT service management and compliance management. You understand security processes and know how to improve them.
Who are we looking for?
As an IT Service Manager Security you will be focusing on the internal business demand and external security developments. You like working closely together with your stakeholders and you make sure to make changes within your own and others work, when needed. You are verifiably and extensively experienced with generally accepted standards and best industry practices in the field of operational (telecom) security. Having a pro-active working attitude to understand the problems and issues we are dealing with, is important. You offer assistance, even when not asked. You are a recognized expert in IT software and infrastructure security and a professional in translating this to daily operational processes. It is important to be fully competent in multiple areas.
With whom will you work?
The Senior IT Service Manager Security is a member of the IT / Contract Management & Compliance department. The departments exists of diverse specialists who collectively define the technology direction for all IT related demand in the T-Mobile organization. You will work with non-technical stakeholders as well as development and operational teams.
