      T-Mobile is looking for a Service Chain Manager! Do you like a dynamic environment? Do you like to communicate with different stakeholders and solve day-to-day issues? Then T-Mobile is looking for you! 

      What will you do? 

      You will manage the operational stability by implementing tactical stakeholder management to assure customer satisfaction.The end-to-end performance of the automated processes need to be managed from both a technical and a customer perspective on an operational and tactical level. Furthermore, customer experience that passes our technology services on a day-to-day basis needs to be managed.  These services are executed by many different departments and different suppliers. 

      On top of that you will be responsible for: 

      • Developing plans for improvements in your own customer process domain (B2C) over the medium term, including forecasting/organizing all resource requirements and implementation. This must lead to measurable improvements on Quality or customer satisfaction; 
      • Coach to the (junior) Service Chain Managers; 
      • Creating and implementing a vision on chain monitoring;  
      • Monitoring the implementation of Non Functional Requirements to assure IT Operational readiness and givesing fact-based Go/No-Go decisions on tactical / strategical level.   

      How do you fit in our team? 

      • Bachelor or master in Business Administration, Economics or IT; 
      • At least 10 years of relevant experience in IT and business processes;  
      • Well-developed analytical skills to quickly determine operational risks and opportunities to improve; 
      • Strong communication skills, being able to create trust in stressful situations like high priority incidents. Able to convince on a strategical level; 
      • Able to be persuasive in discussions on priorities regarding process improvements. 

      The job requires the candidate to be able to explain complex or sensitive information and is able to negotiate internally and at more senior levels. In addition, acquired communication and diplomacy skills are used to communicate difficult concepts and persuade others to adopt a different point of view.
